<p>Radish 500g / 1.1lbs<br />
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil<br />
Salt and pepper, to taste</p>
<p>Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and take out a baking dish.<br />
Wash radishes, remove leaves and cut in half.<br />
Place in the baking dish.<br />
Sprinkle extra virgin olive oil, shake to taste with salt and pepper.<br />
Add any other seasoning or flavor you like.<br />
Place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.<br />
Remove from oven, mix and return to oven for 10 minutes.<br />
Serve and enjoy.</p>
