Paleo Citrus Rooster Salad


Bursting with citrus taste, this rooster salad is easy to arrange and scrumptious! Paléo and Complete30 are mates.



One-pound rooster legs

2 teaspoons of olive oil

1/four cup of apple cider vinegar

1/four cup of orange juice (1-2 oranges)
