6 cups romaine lettuce, butter or chopped iceberg
2 small diced tomatoes (or 1 cup of cherry tomatoes lower in half)
5 slices of bacon lower within the middle
1/four cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese French dressing
chopped chives, for garnish
Place the lettuce in a big dish, garnish with tomatoes, crumbled bacon, blue cheese and serve with a blue cheese French dressing.
Garnish with chopped chives.
